The 3 baby car seats in a row may fit or it may not depending on the sizes of the car seats you have. Doors may not close.

 

yea I figured that much. We have two little monsters now, one in a front facing seat and another in a rear facing- but she frowning so fast I feel like she’ll be getting spun around sooner than our oldest. The Mrs and I are debating if we’d like to grow the family a bit more and she had asked if we’d be able to get 3 seats side by side in any of the wagons I’m currently considering. The XF I assume has the best chance, but yes, as you said it comes down largely to the size of each of the seats themselves. I was just curious to see what the combination of seats was that worked if anyone’s tried. I suppose it would be the same with a sedan, right?

 

There are several videos on youtube how people did theirs in tackling the 3 car seat problems. The cars are not Sportbrake,though, but I'm sure you'll get some ideas.
