Considering this 2018 Sportbrake on Vroom

Hi all,
I am considering this Sportbrake on Vroom. It is a first edition(adding more rarity to the already rare Sportbrake in the US).
The car looks beautiful, 37k miles, still under factory warranty for another 23k miles or until 11/2023.
I need a family hauler that I can have fun in. I have always been enamored with Jaguar, love the style and presence this car has.
I guess my question is, it seems like this has been for sale for a LONG time(carfax shows it went for sale in March, 2022). Is there something I am missing?
Also, if I were to ever sell this or trade it in, in the future, would I have an issue? It's such an amazing, beautiful and rare car for basically 1/2 it's original MSRP, just want to make sure I'm not missing anything before I pull the trigger.

IMHO, Americans are not into Sportswagon, Vans and a lot them are already loosing interest in buying 4 door sedan/saloon. Even car brands like MB, BMW, Audi, Volvo, Cadillac etc. sales are really slow in that segment. The SUV market has been hot for decades. I believe (based on my recollection)it all started with Land Rover/Range Rovers and the SUV era was born. Then Crossover SUVs came in and the car buyers are in a buying mode. I cannot answer if you trade in your Sportbrake in the future but if you want a quick sale, go for F-Pace which also holds very good resale value.
There are members here that proudly displays their Sportbrake. Good luck.
