Hi Ernest,
As this thread topic is not appropriate to discuss coolant loss, and your newness prevents me pm you, I will post in my "X260 Coolant Thread" for future researchers..
I've just checked for any upgrade to my 2017 F-Pace In-touch GPS maps (on SD card). I last did a successful upgrade in 2019, shortly after I purchased the Jag (2nd hand).
Since then nothing new, so it certainly looks like thats the last we'll see of any online support from Naviextra.
Time to pull out the old Tom Tom with lifetime maps maybe??
I have also learned that all of the Remote features of the app no longer work with the InTouch version in the 2018 models. Jaguar suggested that I take it to a dealership for a TCU upgrade. After a 7 week wait for an appointment, as well as a 2 hour drive to the location, the service representative told me essentially that they couldn't do the upgrade, it may "crash the TCU, leaving the car inoperable", and the part is back-ordered and could take "about a month, but I could rent a car" (at my expense) while mine sat there waiting.
Has anyone else experienced issues with the Jaguar Remote app features no longer working?

My XF was first registered May 2017 and is a MY 2018, so after only 3 years Jaguar have abandoned support for a major car function.
