Market for Used Parts

Hello fellow members...is there a market for used Jaguar parts? I had a minor fender bender with my 2016 XF and have a right headlamp with only minor scratches on it. I'm happy the insurance replaced it when I saw that the part price was nearly $3K. Everything is functional with it and it appears it was removed from the vehicle without incident. All the plugs/tabs/attachment points appear to be in good shape. What's everybody think? Ebay? Thanks for the input.

Is the headlamp merely slightly scratched or actually cracked? The clear lens is made of polycarbonate and can be sanded/polished and then resealed with a clear protective coating. Polycarbonate is a relatively hard plastic lending itself to polishing just like a urethane coated wood surface. Cleaning, resealing kits readily available at any auto parts store. Are the scratches deep enough to catch a fingernail? If not too deep they can still likely be polished out, though the flaw may still be seen with close inspection. Depends what you're willing to live with. Polish it out if possible and keep the insurance $. Did similar fix on on my S Type R with scratched lens cover.
