hey guys, I have posted on the forums before I need little help.
I just replaced my water pump, how ever I found a new small drip leak..
under the main crank attached to the oil pan outside seem is leaking coolant.. can you Identify this part for me >?
picture in post or link I want to replace ASAP thanks !
has about 5 bolts ? connected and a coolant hard plastic hose

Are you sure it's leaking coolant? Those drops could be engine oil (although they'd only be that light colour of the oil has been changed recently)

That looks like oil to me too.

I had a look in JEPC (Jaguar Electronic Parts Catalogue) and could easily find the cylinder block showing the round hole that part bolts on to but I couldn't find the part itself. I think it will take a search of the Workshop Manual to find out what it is called.

It is the vacuum pump. IIRC there are some gaskets that can be replaced on it. If it is the source of the leak it would be oil, not coolant.
