Default P250 XF economy

I am looking at purchasing a 2021 XF P250 Sportbrake and am wondering what economy I might get

My commute is 80 miles. About half motorway then the other half is 50mph dual carriageway but with a lot of heavy traffic

Is getting early 40s on a run like that unrealistic?

There are some members here that owns a Sportbrake but I don't recall someone with a 2021 model. I am in the USA, XF Sportbrake was discontinued here back in 2020. If you don't get a reply/ies within the next 2 days, consider also asking the folks at Jaguarforum.com (without the "s").
Good luck

I have a 2019 Sportbrake with the 250 petrol engine.
37-40mpg on motorway, 27mpg overall
You'll struggle to get over 40 I think although I have managed it with a v-e-r-y gentle right foot.

At the current I am happy with 33mpg/Normal Mode (27 with passengers) by driving conservatively.. Could do 35 by easing on the gas pedal, but here in Houston driving like that will make a lot people mad especially during rush hours LOL
