Parking sensor on the display is fine lines and blocks go yellow and go red etc when getting close but I hear no sound any more stereo lowers the volume like it should do but no sound at all from the rear sensors

So I have sound comming out of the front speakers for the front sensors fine and loud
the rears I can hear comming out of the rear speakers but sound is so low unless I have my ear to the speakers I cannot hear it

 

With the display showing the warning "blocks", turn the stereo volume UP to the desired level. You should hear the warning beep volume increase.

Yep tried that and I can hear it go up and down but still when a maximum I cannot hear it unless my ear is at the speaker
only started doing it when I changed from high to premium surround amp I think

 

All fixed now thank god

 

Wow, that's a problem I'd love to have! Those beeps can get hyperactive, almost too much, especially if you're used to parking in tight garage spaces. Glad you found your fix

 

The problem was the speaker on the premium amp it uses a mid range in the door not a tweeter so changed tweeter for a mid range and tweeter combined and all good now
