Hello Hello
I can say some of the software updates in the past few months have still created issues within Pivi Pro across different models.
I had an I-Pace 2 weeks ago where the setting for Kilometer to Miles Per Hour would keep resetting after vehicle shutdown. Also have had flickering issues, buttons greyed out, etc.
It was advised to me that another update is due next month to fix these issues, and to also start SOTA updates, and not have to perform " forced " updates anymore.
If I hear anything else I'll update you

It's ironic - and I'm sure very annoying - that just as JLR has FINALLY, after about 5 yrs and many updates, released an update (S21A) that fixes the remaining issues with the In Control Pro infotainment system, they change over to Pivi Pro and introduce a whole new raft of bugs.
My MY20 still has the In Control Pro system and at last it remembers the USB track that was playing when I switch off and resumes playing it when I switch on, instead of going back to the first track on the USB stick. It also, at last, remembers that I've selected shuffle play, so I don't need to reselect it every single time.
I really don't understand why JLR doesn't hire some competent software engineers who can get bugs out BEFORE releasing the software on new cars. The cars are great but the software sucks and adversely affects customer perceptions of the entire brand.
