All,
Greetings! I just took delivery of my certified 2017 XF Premium (love the car), but stupidly assumed that it came w/SiriusXM. Now, I'm trying to figure out what I can do to get SiriusXM to show up in the head unit. Do I need to replace the entire radio or has anyone simply added a Jaguar XM receiver to the existing radio (say, from a boneyard or Ebay)? Any help is appreciated!

I have the same issue in that for about 3 months in 2016 it was not offered on the XF. The dealer said they could install a module for about $1200. So, my choices were either a feed from my iPhone into the aux setting or the window/dash mounted receiver from Sirius (dock and play) that is both ugly and independent from the center display. Wiring the dock and play is also not for the faint of heart and is best done by a professional. Also getting power to the unit is a challenge as it plugs into a 12V (cigarette lighter) outlet. So, I went with the iPhone option with unlimited cell data.
