Default Rebuilding 306PS motor

I have a problem with the alignment of the of the furl cam shaft and the crank shaft. If the markings on the chain are a lined with the markings on the cogs as per the workshop manual, the fuel pump cam alignment is out by one tooth?

Looks like she got a little hot?
I see that when my alignment timing tool that locks the motor at TDC is inserted, cylinder one is not at TDC? But the crank shaft key way is at 6:00 o clock and the mark on the crank is pointing down (6:00)

I see that the flywheel locking tool (JLR 303-1303) locks the crankshaft in the "timed position" as per the Jaguar workshop manual. This is not TDC.
