Where are you located, please, (country) ? Sometimes if an accident occurs the fuel cut-off inertia switch can be triggered. This is normally on the driver side in front of the door behind a small panel. However, I would have thought the dealer would have checked this. To reset is very simple; there is a button on the top of the switch. You press this down to reset the switch and the car should then restart. What is the exact symptom of not starting ? Does the engine crank over when you turn the ignition switch, but doesn't start, or is it totally dead ? Do the lights etc work ?
