Default System updates

Hi all,
I had my 2017 petrol 25t in for a service the other day and thought i would interrogate the hidden Engineers data. Here is what I have.
Sorry they are a bit big.
I also discovered I now have SOTA enabled.
Pity that the map database wasn't updated but that seems to be a universal gripe.
Has anyone figured out a way of updating the SD card? I might ask in the Oz section too.

Oh, from memory, go into media, select FM and press and hold FM and it should pop up in about 10 seconds

Your car looks like mine and has the same map info. I went to Jaguar website and thought I was getting a free map update as it purported to download an update and put it on the SD card but it hasn't updated at all.

No. I just did two trips from mackay to Sydney (6800 kms) in my other vehicle which is a Subaru Outback and the maps on that aren't up to date either. So i just used my phone with an excellent free map assistance with all the bells and whistles. The app is "VUZE" but I'm sure there are others. A lot of cars will now mirror their phone to the car screen and that makes much more sense than having in-built maps. I would like to update the Jaguars maps but I'm too tight to pay.
