Vehicle not secure, check security status...

So, here is another dilemma with my x260 XF car. I had an issue where the car stopped triggering stop/start so I checked the battery and ordered a new one. I then changed the battery and everything started to work normally except the Remote premium app no longer works when I start the climate from the mobile phone. It sends the request and then displays the following error message
”Vehicle not secure, Check Security status”
I have been searching online but no avail. I can lock and unlock from the app and it also reports the live mileage journey tracker with no issues. I did go into my web portal (Incontrol Jaguar web portal) but there is no option there to switch off security option (if any) and there is certainly nothing within the app.
has anyone come across such problem and how did you fix it please?
