VelocityAP Jaguar XF Exhaust

Check out the reviews on them, found to be mixed which is why I was hesitant for the price. VelocityAP also has the option for pops/crackles with the tune- which I would totally get if I was keeping the car long term. (416hp & 460hp with crank pulley upgrade If I remember correctly) lots of cars running this tune especially the F-types.
Paramount performance, Mina galleries, Spires, Arden, are some of the other options. After I had modified my exhaust I also found xforce varex & RRP which have controllable valves with respectable limited lifetime warranties that would also be worth a look/listen

That is crazy!! How reliable is the 600+ BHP package? And is that on 93 octane? The car would definitely be a daily, so I'd need it to last hahaha.

For the S/C 3.0 in the sportbrake? These look like AJ133s (S/C 5.0 V8) numbers not AJ126. But god would I love to be wrong lol.

Sweet, thanks for the leads. Definitely a lot more time needed for research. Just discovered the Sportbrake recently, so still a lot to discover about the aftermarket scene.

660BHP & 660ft/lbs on the V8. 450BHP & 440ft/lbs on the V6. That's with lower pulley only on the V6. Up until now it hasn't been worthwhile doing an upper pulley on the V6 due to belt wrap/slippage issues with going much smaller. But we are about to realease a new option that will allow dual pulley on the V6, potentially going to see another 20BHP or so.

Well, we have now done in excess of 3000 tunes on this engine platform, and well over 1000 pulleys. We did some conservative math the other day, probably 50 million customer miles driven. We've tuned enough cars that we have seen customer engine issues, but so far only what we'd call 'known OEM' issues - stuff that is known to fail on non-tuned vehicles.

Stuart -- I apologize if this questions has already been asked/answered elsewhere (can'ts seem to easily find in other threads) -- Can you share your customers experience as it relates to warranty issues post tune on the AJ126? Does the tune (pulley and ECU mapping) void the drive train warranty?

That being said, as we have now done something in excess of 3000 tunes on this engine platform, over 1000 with pulleys, we've had enough experience to see a variety of outcomes. There have been customers who have had known OEM origin failures that had them covered under warranty, despite being modified. We have also had customers with known OEM origin failures where the modifications were used as a reason to deny (or attempt to deny) warranty coverage.
Edit to add - it's not unreasonable to expect to retain coverage on unrelated components & systems. For example, if your window regulator fails and you have fitted aftermarket wheels, there's pretty much no way that your claim would be denied. Other areas become less black & white.

If you were pursuing our tuning and were interested in monitoring it we do also have a proprietary datalogger that samples at a super-fast rate and will allow (amongst 40 or so other PIDs) individual cylinder timing correction to be monitored: https://www.velocityap.com/product/j...oftware-cable/
