When replacing the water pump, fill the cooling water pump

Hi I'm looking to trade a water pump and a thermostat this time.
I'm worried about refilling the coolant
Can you tell me how? I want to learn how to take out the pressure manually.
My car is 16 XF X260 2.0T Engine code 204pt
