So how is it?
Does Kansas have any hills to waft about?
What's your model's specs/trim?
What was your previous car?
Cheers!

So far MY21 XF is great. First Jag. We were shopping to replace wife's '18 MB C43AMG and she saw the XF and it was game-over. Black with red interior; it's really a beautiful car. The updated electronics and cockpit are outstanding. We got the R-Dynamic with all the goodies for a third LESS than we spent on the Benz. More flash, more features; less cash. No argument here! And no, unfortunately not too many hills in Kansas, but we do have an occasional winding road along a river and we do what we can with it!

Hello:
I just purchased a MY21 XF on Tuesday, March 16. It was the last one available from any of our 3 Phoenix dealers. Coming back to Jaguar after 3 BMWs (16 years) and a Mercedes (4 years). I owned a 98 XJ8 before the first Bimmer in 2001. The last three, 2 Bimmers and the Mercedes were SUVs and it was time to return to a sedan for us. The 5-series BMW and the E-class Mercedes are really nice but are not worth a 10K premium over the XF for similar specs. The XF seems more delicate, but drives and handles rings are the other two. My daughter has a 2017 F-Pace which has been flawless for her and helped me decide to come back to Jaguar.
The XF has only traveled 200 miles, but is a joy to drive and easy to use its functions. More road noise (Pirelli's ??) but less wind noise than the GLC 300.
Happy to be back in a Jaguar, so far....

Brand new here, tried to private message this but because of my rookie standing I wasn’t able to. I am in the market for. 2021 xf r dynamic AWD and live in the greater Boston area. There are a couple around with msrp of 54k or so. I hope my question is appropriate but what type of discount should I expect on one that is on the lot, not special order. I am not afraid of negotiating hard with dealers but that said I have not owned a jag before, Volvo, Saab’s, Lexus and others have been in my garage but Jaguar dealers are some what rare around here. With COVID I would be comfortable, after a test drive, negotiation out of my area. Seems like dealers are more open to negotiating by phone and delivering the car to your house.
thanks for any guidance,

That's beautiful! We just clicked 1000 miles and are having a blast. Warning though: We were pulled over by a small town cop in central Kansas Saturday... He finally admitted he really just wanted to see the car! We're happy he was impressed, but that's not the kind of attention we were hoping for!

Potentialy buying a 2021 XF...
I'm seriously considering the MY21 XF P300 - I test drove a 21XF P300 R-Dyn and compared to a 20XF S on the dealer lot it felt tighter inside - does anyone know where to find the official Jaguar specs for MY20 ? is MY21 the same interior dimension as MY20 ? I'm currently driving a Infiniti Q50 - more power but ready for a change. Thanks for any thoughts !

Speaking of a central Kansas "pinch"....I previously owned an S type R. On one of the long truck passing lane stretches west of Emporia KS I opted to let her "breath" a little and popped the S type up to around 140 mph for a brief few seconds. Ah...the wonderful sound of the supercharger at full song. Curiosity satisfied and the spousal unit giving me a "what the ....?" look, I back off to a modest 70 mph. Only but a few miles further down the road, entering the city's edge, an officer pulled me over for doing 53 in a 45 ! Having enjoyed a clean driving record for over 30+ years, I received a warning for my inattentiveness. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry. Think I'll keep my need for speed reserved for my racing simulator.
