'14 Puddle Lamps

Anyone know if the 2014 wiring harness in the side mirrors includes wiring for puddle lamps if the car wasn't equipped with them? I don't want to knock out the punch out and then discover it's not there.

Most people post about tapping into the foot well lights. I haven't installed mine yet, but that is where I am thinking I will be wiring them from.
