Default 2009-2010 3.0 Diesel - Buying Advice

Hello guys.
For the past few days I have been reading this forums and looking for possible problems / issues with the XF 3.0 Diesel.
I am looking to buy a 2009-2010 Jaguar XF V6 S with the 3.0 Diesel engine , 275hp version. One car is 06-2009 Portfolio with 90.000km on it and the other one is a 09-2009 Premium Luxury with 104.000km. (this 2 fit my budget).
Both cars have full service history.
I was and still am a BMW fan (own one also) and VW guy for the daily driver. Going to replace my 2012 Passat with the Jaguar. Getting old and want a bit more comfort and torque can't blame me.

I've been seeing many issued with the Gear Selector Module , some Transmission issues that are more frequent.

What other things / known issues should I look for before buying ?

Cambelt will need replacing at 110.00 miles or 10yrs whichever comes first, this is a major job so you need to take this into account. I would also replace the gearbox fluid, although Jag say it's sealed for life. Inlet manifolds have been known to split on the older models, this leads to restricted performance, again this is a major repair job!

Yes, the usual suspects i was reading around. I can do all the labor myself, so labor is not the main concern, but I would want to know how often should I expect the extra labor and how expensive are the parts.
