Question 2009 Jaguar XF | engine systems fault | dsc not available | cannot apply park brake

Hello everyone! hope everyone is doing well, i just registered seeking help with my Jaguar. i have been having this problem for quite awhile now and i cannot figure out what it is. no videos have helped me so far and this is my last resort in seeking help

when i turn my Jaguar on the display shows "Engine System Fault" | "DSC not available" | "Cannot apply park brake" also my vehicle is in a low power mode, another issue is. sometimes while driving the car just turns off (usually) at idle when i am stopped.
i have did some research and initially i thought it was the throttle body because sometimes i would be pressing the accelerator and getting no power, so ive replaced that and still no luck. i see others have the same issue and it was the MAF so i changed that too and still no luck
the last thing i am thinking it could be is the Fuel filter? is that possible? if anyone can help me find out what the problem is i would greatly greatly appreciate it!

It could be any of quite a few things but suspect #1 is low battery.

You may also have an air leak.

I would leave the TB alone for now.

How old is the battery?
If more than a few years start off by replacing it.

Next get the codes read and then cleared at any auto parts store. Drive the car some more until you can get repeatable codes.
Do not change parts because you think they need changed. Without any reason I doubt your MAF is the problem.

You posted what year car you have but we need the engine too.
I 'think" your fuel filter is behind the drivers side plastic wheel well cover.

+1 on the battery. This is especially true if you are still getting by with the factory original after this long. A bad battery can cause all of the symptoms you mentioned plus many more.
