Default 2009 xf.

How reliable is this car? 2009 Jaguar xf? I heard some terrible reviews. The car comes with 6 yr 100K warranty. But still, i need an honest answer.
also how is it in snow? i mean NY state snow, like a foot of snow?

thank you in advance

Mine has been more reliable than any other non Japanese car I have owned.

Winter handling with 4 snow tires is excellent.

Default thnx

thnx for the feedback. would you say that with snow tires its better than AWD and FWD with all season tires?
also how long have you had yours and how many miles have u driven it for?
and from what you heard from others, what is the overall reliability of it?

thank you for the help, I am looking to get the xf over the bmw 535xi. i took the xf for a test drive and it was amazing. I just want to make sure.
thnx again

Tire rack has established that snow tires are superior to all season tires in all configurations.

I have three fwd cars, an awd car and a rwd car. There is no doubt that rwd or fwd with snow tires are better than awd with all seasons.

Main reason is the number one safety concern is stopping. With low traction you may not be able to get going but that is a good thing! Snow tires stop steer and go far better than all season tires. You should always use four winter tires, therefore your snow tire equipped car will stop and steer better than the awd on all season tires.
