Default 2009 XF Control Arms keep going bad? Why?

Hello,
I have replaced my brakes twice, and I have replaced my upper arms and my lower control arms twice--with 4 wheel alignments . Very expensive.
There is steering wheel vibrations again. I am concerned the bushings (control arms may be "broken" again). What would cause control arms to need to be replaced within a year? What parts would cause the control arms to go bad again and again?
As I said, the brakes have been replaced and now this will be the third time the control arms might need to be replaced? What could be the real cause?
And can the bushings be replaced rather than the control arm on the 2009 XF Supercharged?
Thanks again for your suggestions.

wow, seems quite a problem ! I have replaced the spherical bearings in my rear lower control arms , (same car as you). Have you been using original parts ?

Great, that levels the playing field- parts aren't suspect one would think. You must have considered this yourself- is it you ? ( no disrespect intended) eg do you drive it like a rally car on poor roads ? Do you track race ? Has the car been in a major collision before or after you bought it ? Doesn't add up as normal to me

Mechanic thinks it is the rotors. Says these rotors can need turning if driven hard, and/or if the brakes are hot then get cold quickly, such as in a cold car wash.
Texas has had some cold weather (for Texas) lately.
Thanks for your thoughts.
