Default 2010-2012 XF/XFR High Flow Cats

Putting a feeler out there for interest in XF and XFR High Flow cats, both 200 and 300 Cell.

I wrapped up the designs for the 4.2 XK and XKR setups and decided to pick up an XF to design and test some products on. Cats, Induction, and Carbon parts are my current thoughts on this model.

More info on the design process and quality can be seen over in the XK section.

If enough interest I'll move forward with producing this design as well for public and not just for my own personal car.

Price will be roughly 1600$ for 200 cell unit and a tad more for a 300 cell engine light friendly unit.

If alternative years have interest, send me a message and I can work out discounts if factory unit is shipped to me for reverse engineering.

I'd be interested in the 4.2L SC version but I'd probably go with the off-road version (no cat) depending on cost. Let me know if that is a possibility.

In California they have rolling emissions compliance inspection stations, and its against the law to replace a working CAT. Besides the fact CATs are covered by a Federal mandated Manufacturer warr for 80kmi. Stock cats are good to 550hp, where would your cats top out at?

I'd gladly help you with that. I can build a setup for Off-Road use. I just need to take a look at the 4.2 Cat setup to make sure there aren't too many differences for a quote. I will need the factory XF 4.2 Cat on hand to do so. If you are willing to send it in for the build, I will include a discount.

Yes, Bigg Will, Cali makes things a little more tricky for the aftermarket. I'm sure you can produce 550 Hp with stock cats, the key here is optimizing the flow and allowing the engine to produce those numbers more easily, as well as optimizing the torque. The limitation in the system would be the exhaust piping diameter. I'm not certain of the CFM numbers on the factory catalyst, but the High-Flow 200-Cell Catalyst I offer flows (1000 cfm range @ 28" of H2O) ~570 CFM. The 300-Cell Cel-Light Friendly units with a 3" exhaust are good to 800-HP per manufacturer statement.
