2012 and onwards has a minor facelift. Different headlight styling, slightly improved infotainment. But it was a very minor set of changes and most people don't have a strong preference for pre and post.

If it were me, I would first look to see which has been better maintained. Regular oil changes, full service history, any issues resolved along the way. Have a thorough inspection done on both by a reputable jag experienced shop. A few known issues to look for and someone who knows these cars will quickly be able to tell

If it were me I would go for the lower mileage 2010 all other things being equal. Timing chains can be an issue on these engines as miles get up and starting at 110k is a relatively higher mileage. 65k is much more modest. Others will prob point out that the timing chain issue is more likely on the older engine setup (they used a different chain pitch early on) - but I'd still take way fewer miles...

I have the 2010 XF SC with the have 5.0 V8 supercharged engine. Mine has around 60k miles and still drives like new. No problems at all

For exhaust mina set up is excellent. I've run it for 5+ years and love the sound. Simple bolt on cat back.

I looked for months to find the right one. I drove 200 miles to go test drive one with 18K miles on it mainly because it was the color I wanted, but during the test drive, the check engine light came on. The salesman of course told me they'd fix it but I declined. The sales manager got a little huffy, couldn't understand, but anytime you're on a test drive and the check engine light comes on, its just a bad omen of things to come. With such low miles, probably the previous owner had been trying to get it fixed multiple times, finally just cleared the codes and traded it in quickly before it came back. I sure wouldn't buy one if the seller was telling an improbable story. Let them fix it, have their sales staff put a couple thousand miles on it over a few months to be sure its really fixed and then sell it to somebody else who isn't as sharp as you and didn't do their research. Avoid the impulse purchase. No, Jaguars don't exactly grow on trees like Mercedes, but the good thing about them is that the original owners are more typically the kind of people who can afford multiple cars or have a company car and the Jag is just for personal use. Low mileage Jags with records are out there. Just need to have a little patience and be willing to travel to get a good one.

Default checking car out before

Thank you for the great advice they are super rare especially here in Florida I couldn't even find one that was even remotely less than 500 miles away I think the good thing to do I will take it to a Jaguar specialist and let him run a complete check on it even if I have to pay him to do it before I purchase the vehicle

But it takes 5 minutes to permanently disable the damnable stop/start!
Anyway based on another nearby thread it seems the OP has already bought the 2010.

2012 doesn't have it either. I think 2013 was the first to have it in the U.S. market. I test-drove a couple of 2013-14s but the naturally aspirated v8 felt and sounded superior to the supercharged 6s. Particularly disconcerting was that start-stop feature which didn't feel very well developed, very golf-cart like. And if the starter is as hard to access as it is on the X308, the cost to replace it when it wears out prematurely will wipe out all your fuel savings and then some. That's why after research, I focused on finding a 2012. Last year of the v8 and just personal preference, first year of the facelift.

True. Mine does have it. I completely removed the small battery and zip tied the cables out of the way. Only drawback is the ECO disabled icon displayed on the dash. Not a big deal but is there anyway to make that disappear?

Yes - sounds like OP may have bought one. But with some apparent issues. As others have mentioned if it really has issues I would be very hesitant to buy. Or insist on a no quibble return so you can ensure it's all working well for a few weeks at least...
