Default 2010 coolant leak

I am helping a friend out as I am an XK8 member. He has a '10 XF that is losing coolant from an unknown source. He has replaced the water pump and a plastic "hose" in the same area. Any ideas as to where to look next? Common leak problems?
Thanks!

Get your "friend" to pony up for a coolant system pressure tester. They are like $40, and they are invaluable to finding leaks and testing that you really fixed them.

As Above^

Also..

The expansion tanks are quite notorious for splitting/leaking.
We sell quite a number of them considering the age of the cars.
Might be worth checking..
