Anyone else having this issue?
My 2010 XF door panels are really buzzing with any base coming from speakers. It seems to be in the exact location on both front doors. At the top end of the wood panel, nearest the b pillars. If I lightly press on the upper right corner of the wood insert, the buzzing stops. I don't know if its the attachment point of the wood or deeper inside where the card attaches to the door.
My dealer says it will be a minimum of 125.00 to even look at it since they have to remove the door card but they can't guarantee they can fix it. And that's EACH door!! I can remove the door card in 5 minutes but they say one hour per door. REALLY?!?!?!?!

You can remove the door panel and line the backside of the panel with about 1/2 sheet of Dynamat Xtreme or equivalent. One sheet for both sides should do the trick. I dynamatted around my bass driver and on the panels near it when I had the panels off. No more rattle at those very specific frequencies, and my midbass is noticeably "cleaner." I use Stinger RoadKill Extreme, but they are all basically the same.
Hope that helps!
