Hi all. Im wondering if anyone can help. I brought my car 8 weeks ago and when I bought it there was a whooing noice coming from front grill. When I lift the bonnet and take engine cover off it seems to be coming from around oil filter area sort of central rear of engine. Initially thought it may be a pulley of some sort. But after having Cambelt changed I had garage check all pulleys they even run engine without surpentine belt on but noise is still there. Doesn’t make noise until engine warms up and only on idle. When slightly reving engine noise goes away and no noise whilst driving. Soon as I’m idling again noise starts again. Very annoying noise. Car has only 60000 on clock. Do I have anything to worry about as I’m being told all kinds of costly worrying things. Any help would be much appreciated thanks 🙏🏻
