Preciate it Ajay! Other than looking on eBay I haven't really done much research on chipping. I didn't want to mess with any of that while under warranty but I just recently hit the 100k mile mark so since I'm out of factory & extended warranty now I may seriously look into it.

You happen to know offsets? And what tire dimensions you running?

I'm not sure of the offset. Savini custom shaved and drilled for the XF when the wheels were ordered. As far as tire sizes 245/30/22 front and 295/25/22 rear

(these are both 5x108 bolt pattern for the XF)
For the 2012 XF with stock 18" wheels I did not have to grind the wheel studs. For my previous '08 XK I did have to do some grinding. It largely depends on the depth of the wheel indents if the stock studs fit without grinding, or not. When you do have to grind you only take off a few mm of the un-threaded "lead" part of the studs so, not a big deal.

I'm traveling and don't have any pictures of my wife's XF available.

Lots of people. You can get lots of information by using the search option. This mod has a whole thread dedicated to it. It's called the Ultimate LED Thread. I personally went with the color of the ambient color that the car already has. Here is a pic

Interesting, we are on page 3 and nobody has mentioned the exhaust. The best mod I made was to get a Mina exhaust for my 2011 XFSC. Still quiet at 2,000rpm and 65 on the highway but has a much nicer rumble when starting up, accelerating, downshifting or when you lift the foot off the throttle. For around $800 you almost cannot beat it and it is just a slip-on, no modifications needed.

By the way the LEDs look amazing.

The rear diffuser is the best mod I have made, followed closely by the lighted door sills.

Lighted door sills.... Hmmm where and how much?
How easy to install? What power do you tap into?

With all the dark trim you really need to get the carbon hood vents and mirror covers. Would make it meaner looking for sure.

How much is the rear diffuser ? BTW lighted sills are like 700 bucks doesnt seem worth it, for a few more bills I could get an ECU tune

Look on Mina's website. They offer two versions. Carbon fiber and no Carbon Fiber.
