Well everyone…. I’m in a predicament and any help or knowledge will be useful. I have a 2012 Jaguar XF which died overnight. I recharged the battery and stuck a key fob in and it got stuck in there. Every time I hook up the battery the alarm sounds and none of my key fobs are working, not being able to reset the alarm or start my car. Please help me what do I do.

Search for car won't start after battery change.
It is a big issue and may be caused by one of several things.
Can you get the car hooked up to the factory SDD and see what it's telling you?
You may need the junction boxes replaced or reprogrammed. You also can have water damage in the under hood junction box from the wind shield washer pump leaking fluid into the wire harness which then wicks into the junction box causing corrosion. Just have to see what the problem is?

okay so I fixed it by taking apart the back seat and installing the battery from inside the car with everything shut so the car had no reason to set off alarm.
