I drive the car at constant speeds for hours without suddenly pressing the gas, there is no problem, but this problem occurs when I suddenly press the gas and the car revs. I had chip tuning done on the car, recently 2.2 diesel, they only put 30 horsepower, I wonder if that's why it happened or just a coincidence?
