It depends on the model year, you can get the Workshop Manual for the 2010-2011 XFR from my Dropbox here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/bet26xniua...kshop.pdf?dl=0
It will also cover the first year of the XFR (2009) about 99.9%.
But if you have a 2012-2015 XFR (the "facelift") then you are out of luck, as JLR stopped doing workshop manuals then other than signing up to tOPIX, but the older manual still covers 95% of it.

Maybe someone else who knows more about the workings of Dropbox can chime in.

A couple of years ago there was a seller of various Jag workshop manuals who, after you paid your money and provided your exact model and VIN, would go into tOPIX, download everything necessary and build a PDF, and then send you a link to download it. I got a workshop manual for my F-Type this way, but unfortunately that seller stopped doing this for more recent Jags (2012 onwards) a year or so ago as it seems they got into trouble with JLR.
You might get lucky though, it is possible that a forum member did this for their 2012 onwards XFR and they are willing to let you have a copy, that is exactly what I did with my F-Type workshop manual after I cleaned it up a bit to remove identifiers, I then put it in my Dropbox and allowed access to anyone who wanted it.
