Default 5.0sc Cam Timing Chain?

Anyone know if this is going to be an issue at higher mileages?

Default 142k and still kickin

@big will! I'm trying to do every 7k full synthetic. Know where to get cheap(er) oil filters?

@f-driver - I'm at 142k now. I don't hear any rattling or early signs of tensioner issues so I'll keep an eye on it.

BTW, did anyone else notice that the 4% error on spedometer translates over to the odometer readings as well?

Which means that for a 100k mile xfr or xfsc, the car actually only has around 96k miles. I would think the 4% error also translates to slightly earlier maintenance on the car if you're going by the book.

What does everyone think?
