That's pretty good of Jaguar. No customer complaints yet. Most car companies seem to wait until the lawsuits start and the legal department gets with accounting and figures out which is cheaper, to fight the suits or do a recall. Kudos to Jaguar for stepping up!

Maybe he is the same twit we had a run in with last night...

But someone put it very well..this is a JAG enthusiast's forum, not a JAG hate forum..Problems is one thing to discuss, but to look for anything to bash the name/car for, is not welcomed.

Hmmm jbryant.........what a strange topic for your first post on a Jaguar enthusiasts forum??
However, as always we will welcome you to the forum and hope you enjoy it.
Do you own a Jag yourself. Please feel free to stop by the new members section as most first timers do and introduce yourself and your vehicle, maybe even post a few pics?

Ken....excellent reply and oh so true!

yeah i pray my bmw keeps being reliable until i sell it, the warranty just ran up a few months ago BLAH! Jim hows your audi doing? im planning on an A8 for the replacement! as far as reliability goes overall my jag seems to be just as reliable as any bmw ive owned....they also treat me much better at the jaguar dealer...ive bought no cars from them either...bmw dealer we have prob spent well over $2M as customers of theirs and we are barely above being a number. im surprised they still pick it up and drop it off for servicing for us.

I'm not trying to bash anything, I'm just putting the info out there. Did I say Jaguar sucks or that it was just like Ford to put out another crappy car or anything like that? No, because I actually have a lot of respect for the Jaguar name.
Best for you not to say that Jags suck on this site![sm=lildevil.gif]and for the record Ford no longer owns Jaguar- they were bought out by Tata Motors.

yeah from what ive seen most recalls are all very little things that are a 1 in a million prob of happening, they just have to cover their rears lol
