Default Aftermarket navigation?

I recently did some research into replacing the dreadful factory nav unit with a custom "carputer" that keeps control over the factory systems over the CAN bus. To my surprise, I came across this interesting video:

The company website doesn't yet list the XF as a supported model, but they clearly have a system that works judging by the video. Anyone willing to send some money to Malaysia and try this out for the rest of us?

The major issue I have with the current Jaguar navigation system is not the interface, but the lack of response or lag time from screen touches...I wonder if this can be remedied by a future software upgrade or if it is a hardware obstacle.
