Aftermarket wheels with hubcentric rings

Anyone have aftermarket wheels using hubcentric rings?

Are the use of hubcentric rings on larger bore wheels problematic?

I have used both the plastic and metal rings and have never had problems with them on any aftermarket wheels I have used so far. TC
