Any updates on performance parts

Well, this thread has ruled out the tune for me. What about the exhaust? You guys think it worth the sound upgrade? I'm thinking about asking my mechanic friend that makes custom exhausts to make something for me. And slap a pair of K&N's on.
Ur thoughts?

I think the Mina gallery exhaust is the best bang for the buck, but if you want the ultimate get the Varex mufflers for your ride : XForce. Performance Mufflers, Exhaust Systems & Accessories. About the Varex™ remote controlled Sports muffler.

Thx for info. Varex looks interesting but I haven't had much luck with electric cutouts. The heat, water, rust are killer. IMO they almost look like a muffler with a Ford window motor on top.
I'm going to give Mina a shot...I'll report back after install. Hoping for this weekend but got my twins b-day party so not sure if I'll be able to sneak out to garage.

Didn't you say in a previous thread that you do not feel a big difference in power after you got the tune? Plus the removal might be easy with the tool but what about installing the other pulley? You have to hear it up just right, then slip it on and immediately cool it with Ice water. If you mess up you are screwed. I just want a really good tune at a really good price. 1800 is way too much. It should be around $1000. How many forum members besides you purchased the tune? Not too many if any at all. But.... If it was priced lower then I'm sure many more will bite the bullet and go for it.

I just installed the Mina exhaust. The post for the muffler on the exhaust side had to be lengthened to avoid hitting the bumper. The right side was a good fit all the way around. I attached some pics. I'm not sure how long it may take for the muffler to "burn in" but it sounds pretty good. A very nice deep growl. I now get some back fire if I rev the engine. Any thoughts on how to eliminate it? Andrew

Any idea of ballpark pricing as well?

In 2010 years this was the case. Had to bring mine in from the states. May have been the case in 11 and 12.
