I have been searching the posts and have not found an exact match for this question.

I have a 2014 XF AWD. It appears that there is an aftermarket 1 1/4 in towing hitch availble for the 2013 model, but the tow hitch websites do not mention the 2014 model.

Is there reason to think that the 1 1/4 hitch for the 2013 would work on the 2014? Any thoughts on how it might look?

Any other ideas for taking a bike? I could get a cheapo rack that simply attaches to the trunk, but I figure that would leave some marking. And my bike hard disc brakes, so removing a wheel and putting the bike inside the vehicle is not really a good option.
