Default Bluetooth phone connection dropping

I've had my Jag for almost a month now. The first three weeks my phone docked automatically with the car without any issue. For about a week now, it becomes undocked every 5-10 minutes which is incredibly annoying. Any idea why this would start all of a sudden? Anyone else having the same issue?

Thanks in advance!

Caleb

I think you should scour your phone's settings for something like 'connect automatically' or 'remain connected'. Every phone is different, but you get the idea. Sometimes you have to really hunt. Also check the Jaguar Bluetooth website and verify what compatibility you should have for your VIN number and particular phone.

Vehicles - Jaguar

Good luck!

Try un-pairing the phone with the car and re-pairing. If that doesn't work clear the memory in the car by removing the battery cables for 10 mins touching the terminals together and then reinstalling. Of course that clears everything so you'll have to go back and setup all of your various settings.

I tried re-pairing it. That still didn't do anything. Then I cleared the other Bluetooth devices from my phone and that has seemed to do the trick. Not really sure why that would affect it, but it appears that it was a phone issue rather than the Jag.
