Love it,worth the wait Liza. Your excitement is contagious. Lucky where you are you don't have to have an ugly front number plate.

Come to think of it have you considered vanity plate/plates?

What might be an interesting experiment would be to see if the leaper could be turned into a "slinker". Get him down low on the hood to better keep with the lines of the car. For those who want the emblem, its there for all to see without sticking out like a unicorn horn...

i think a leaper on the grill would be cool actually.. sorta like an old Mustang.Just an example... be nice..lol

liza, it looks fantastic! if you think you have seen heated leaper discussions here, check out the XK8/XKR forum. My wife felt the same way you did - Jags need leapers, period. I moved her growler badge to the grille bar, ala XKE and bought an S-Type leaper off eBay and she was happy.
