Hi all, I need advise with my 2008 XF 3.0 V6, I had a leak on the expansion tank which I replaced with a new expansion tank which I bought from a Jaguar dealer, after about two weeks I started getting the same coolant level warning, upon inspection of the expansion tank I noticed that the coolant is spread evenly in the tank, there is some coolant on the left side of the tank but on the rest of the tank. what could be the problem ? please help.

 

There are compartments within the Coolant reservoir tank...Fill it until the level is at the height of the bottom of the black top where it meets the translucent bottom section.

 

Hi there, I have located a leak in the vicinity of the water pump, is there a gasket in the water pump that I must replace or must I replace the whole pump ?

 

Probable replacing the whole pump has been the course of action..
