I'm looking at getting either an N/A 2009 XF or hopefully the supercharged version. What types of costs for maintenance and repair should I expect? Any issues with this year and these cars? I'm looking at ones with higher KM's from 80,000km to 100,000km TIA...

Buy one with remaining warranty.

 

You can expect around $125 for an oil change but at once a year, not too bad. I'm under warranty so can't speak about repair costs. Common problems with this car seem to include the gear selector getting stuck and rattles from the headliner. I think the early ones also had some rear differential failures. These are all issues that probably would have already been addresed under warranty.

You can also expect your rear brake pads to wear quicker than you'd probably like.
