Still trying to make up my mind which way I want to go with the new purchase. What exactly are the differences between the 2010 XF and the XFR? And what would the price diference be between the two? Im not seeing much of a difference with the research I'm doing.
I have the 2010 XF premium on the way to the local dealer for me to take a look at. Ill let yall know what I think of it once I get behind the wheel.
Thanks alot.

Err...there should be a big price difference, and if there isn't, either the XF is pricey or the XFR cheap.
There is a big difference between the two. The Jaguar website has a useful comparison tool I think - the 2012 vs 2010 models are different only cosmetically, for the most part.
The standard XF is a great car and is a bargain. The XFR is faster and has performance oriented handling and looks which may or may not be important to you, but it is a bargain too for what it is. It is about $30k more than the base XF when new.

Most differences are under the skin - uprated supercharged engine, brakes, suspension & dampers, all options included (more or less), sport seats, bigger wheels (maybe), exhaust, subtle body kit. To the untrained eye they will look similar, but for those who know, they know what an XFR is. Just why I like it!
The base XF is a fast and accomplished car, if you are not bothered about performance you will find it plenty quick enough with a lovely ride and a great interior.
