I'm new to Jaguars. In the past I've only had BMW's. I found a great deal (or so I thought) on a 2009 Jaguar XF. The car has been amazing until recently. This morning I drove to work and when I left for lunch, the car was completely dead. It wouldn't start and no electronics would come on. I tried to jump it off and nothing would happen. I replaced the battery and still, nothing. The car is completely dead. Any advice?

My first thought was the battery. It was a little low and I did replace it. It didn't work. Same issue.
I have it hooked up to a charger as that is what I did previously. As soon as I hooked it up, the lights on the inside came on but nothing else works, windows won't roll up, doors won't lock but the headlights came on and will not shut off. The taillights did not come on. Im stumped.

The main fuse is probably good if your interior lights are coming on whilst the car charger is connected .
A corroded ground point could cause issues like this. Try to undo, spray and redo the chassis ground point just next to the battery.
Using a voltmeter would be most useful to measure the voltage on the battery, and to test if you get something on the junction boxes. A fully charged battery will read something between 12.6 and 12.8V, more if it just off the charger. 12.4-12.6V is ok for a battery that comes out of storage. Between 12.1 and 12.4 indicates a partially discharged battery, might still be able to crank but can cause electronic issues. These values can vary depending on load and temperature, but it gives you an idea.

Roof drain can become clogged and get the pax carpet wet. Note there are several impt modules under there which will corrode and get ruined so you should lift up the carpet to dry it and check underneath. Bluetooth module, Sirius, TPMS etc
Sounds like you have an earth shorting issue somewhere which is putting a high draw on the battery when wet and draining it.
