Front seats interchangable between XF and X351 3.0 TDI models?

Front seats interchangable between XF and X351 3.0 TDI models?
Hi,
I will soon be a proud owner of a Jaguar XF 3.0 TDI (211PS), 2011 model. Only thing I want to change are the front seats, which offer relatively poor side support (my A6 had sport seats and I loved them until a DHL lorry backed into it last week and wrote it off!...).
My question: could sport seats from a 2013 Jaguar X351 (XJ) 3.0 TDI be fitted in the XF? I would have this option and could easily change myself, even if minor adjustments had to be made. They look similar but not sure about all electric connections for adjustment and heaters.
Also, any way to tune the engine a bit with a chip set? Car is wonderful to drive and pretty responsive, but a little extra power would be even better.
