Default Fuel rail shraeder valve

Fellas....where would be the best place to install a shraeder valve in our fuel rail system? I am looking for at some direct port spray kits, and I am having trouble finding a good fuel source location. Any help would be much appreciated?

Seems to me you'd have to T in BEFORE the high pressure pumps, remember 5.0L cars are DIRECT INJECTED, so tapping into the 2100psi+ fuel rail is just NOT an option. You might pose this NOS question to the GM direct injected LT1 guys (Vette, Camaro, Truck).

That is what I was worried about! I am in the 3.0L, but still have 2000+ of psi in the fuel rail.

Since using the supplied T- fitting for the fuel is looking like the only option, where exactly is that line located?

I am actually thinking of going with a direct port system eventually. The only reason for this is that when I had the intake and S/C off for the coolant crossover pipe replacement, I got a look at those valves and they were nasty. planning on getting them walnut shelled and having a direct port wet kit installed so I can spray the top of those valves occasionally...just so they stay clean...hehehee...I also want to avoid delamination of the coating on the S/C impellers but I think they will hold for a while.

The fitment issues can be dealt with if I am smart about it and the SS tubing will look totally sic....for now I will stick with the single nozzle wet kit.....as soon as I can find info about that fuel supply line
