Full Correctional & Opti Coat 2.0
A buddy of mine is in town this weekend to spend about 20 hours with my XFR on a full paint correctional, interior / engine bay cleaning and sealing the paint with Opti Coat 2.0. I was glad he was willing and able to come down here to work on my car, there are very few detailers in the country that have his level of detail. He has a really impressive resume of cars he has worked on, including an MP4-12C and a 90+ hour full correctional on an F40.
I will post up some more pics once he is finished but here is a teaser I took with my cell phone and his site if you want to check out his portfolio

Dan just left. I let him take the reigns for a quick country road run before he went home and I might have convinced him that the XFR is his next car
Absolutely impeccable work I could not be happier. The car looks even better than it did on the day of delivery. I don't want to spoil his writeup but since I took the pictures here are a few of my favorites. I rarely take pictures of anything so these are just point and shoot with my Galaxy S4.
Prior old wax job still had some bead to it (initial wash):
Fine swirling but overall it was in pretty good shape:
Polishing stage 1
Definitely not drugs (Opti coat :P)
All finished:
Roof reflection (wow)
Love this black, this shot sort of catches the gorgeous sparkle / flake in it that you can see like crazy again:
Those aren't streaks, that is light shining through the deck boards
I will repost Dan's writeup when he puts it together but I could not be more pleased and I would do it all over again. The Opti Coat is hydrophobic and should be good for a couple of years. Just a spray with a little soap & water, blowdry and hand towel and I should be good for each wash.

From speaking to him before he arrived, pricing really varies depending on how much you are getting done, what car it is, etc. Certain people for example don't opt for the OC2.0 which obviously affects the price (I don't know why you wouldn't want it though after seeing the results, it lasts for several years and makes every car wash after that way easier)
I don't mean to be vague but he gave me a really good deal because we have known each other through our college car club for a while. I also helped defer some of his travel costs by putting him up in our home while he was here. It wouldn't be fair to put that there because it's not what he normally charges. If you reach out to him through his website I am sure he can give you a good idea, he is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable about the trade.

I am getting my 12 XFR opti-coated here in the next month. My local detailer quoted $1300 or so for the full 2 stage paint correction and opti-coat including the wheels and calipers.
The same detailer did my brand new 2014 Durango RT straight out of the dealership and charged me $900.00.
The price will really depend on bad the current paint is. Keep in mind a lot of cost goes into the actual prep work.

Here is a link to his writeup on the detail. He also threw in some solid praise saying he would take the //R over an M5
