Heat issue on Driver's side - 2015 XF

I noticed today that with my heat set to "feet" only and cranked all the way up, there was nothing blowing onto the Driver's side, but the Passenger side was blowing strongly. The car was used for 1 year, so I've emailed the dealer to see if something was known about this. Given I've still got 3+ years and 30k+ miles left on the warranty, I'm assuming any fix needed would be covered?
Of course it's supposed to get close to 70 next week here in sunny New Hampshire.

I experimented with the heat and the passenger side upper and lower vents work perfectly along with the driver's side upper vents. So it is isolated to the driver side lower vents. I'll take a look under the dash in the daylight and see if there's something disconnected?

I took a look under the dash of my XF. On the passenger side I see a lighted bulb and two vents, each of which are pushing out nice warm air. On the driver's side, I see a lighted bulb just hanging and no vents to be found anywhere? Can someone verify that there's supposed to be lower vents on the drivers side? and the light bulb shouldn't just be hanging loose?
The previous owner may have had this vehicle outfitted with hand controls/handlcap setup. Could they have somehow had to remove the vents in order to do the install?
