Illuminated Leaper

So I'm finally getting around to installing this and can't seem to figure out which wires to connect it to. I've been poking around with a test light and can't seem to find any wires in the trunk that light up correctly. Did those who installed it end up having to move the wires down through the loom to connect behind the taillights? I can't seem to find the fuses for the trunk lights either.
Here's the instructions from Bob. I can't seem to find a connector that lights up with my tester (maybe I have a fuse out).
Run all 3 wires individually to each hole. White stripe is + the black is -. Tie all white stripe to red, all black to black. The wire harness with the butt connector, Red is brake + blue is for parking light +, black is common ground.

I've installed it myself and frankly it looks awesome. Dual frequency (although I'm going to have to run a wire from inside the trunk to get the brake light function). It was fairly simple. A couple notes though:
1) I drilled the holes, then used a polyurethane to coat the edges. I know people say you don't have to worry about it, but I couldn't handle bare metal being there. I'd rather be careful and avoid rust.
2) The badge didn't fit quite as well on the plastic light up piece as I'd like, so I stuck them together then used a bench grinder and dremel to trim the edges.
3) The badge kept lifting a bit during install because the mount point is slightly rounded. I used a heat gun to bend it so it fits and doesn't lift up.

Good day everyone!
Sent an email to Bob requesting an illuminated leaper for my Jag. He reiterated that doing just one emblem is not the most efficient use of his time, as his workload is heavy. He stated that he needs a minimum of five orders to proceed forward. At the moment, he has just two, in case anyone else is planning on placing an order.
Have a wonderful day!

I'm interested in both of these installs as well.
My question is , where is this Bob and his Evolution shop in California?
I'm here in California, LA to be exact, and would be interested in visiting his shop if it's local.
All I see from this thread is his email and "Evolution".
Any body have a number and shop address?

Great. I contacted Bob, from the company that fabricates these illuminated leapers and he said he will probably be free in a couple weeks to fabricate our order. He said he only needs 3 order minimum and not 5 to start work, and he already has one person waiting so you and I will make the required 3 minimum. His email address is b916@hotmail.com. Reach out to him.
