Install Jaguar Voice & IPOD USB 2009 XF

Hey everyone,
I searched through all the threads regarding my two questions and couldn't find any answers so I'm hoping someone out there can help. I recently purchased a 2009 XF Luxury (love the car) and am looking to add to it.
The basics 2009 XF Luxury 4.2 has Sat and Nav
VIN SAJWA05BX9HR10949
1. Currently my car does not have the jaguar voice. I was told this was not a feature spec'd in my car. My car does have the integrated navigation and satellite radio. The navigation dvd is in the trunk as I just bought the updated maps and installed. Can I have Jaguar voice activated or installed at this point? If so, how can this be done? There is a Jag tech center close to my house and the guys there are willing to try again unlike the actual dealer.
2. My car is not equipped with the USB/IPOD outlet that is normally in the center console. Besides the USB/IPOD outlet and the interface cable that connects to the iPod or iPhone, what other items are necessary/configurations to be done to install this feature?
Thanks for any help from anyone on my two questions. I love my 2009 XF!
