Installed H&R wheel spacers - Pictures inside
I got around to installing my wheel spacers today so I thought I'd throw up some pictures for anyone interested. After seeing another forum member's car I decided I wanted to do this mod. The spacers are H&R Trak+, 20mm on the back and 15mm in the front.
H&R 4035633 20mm
H&R 3035634 15mm
The fitment was perfect, and I did not have to grind down the stock studs with my stock 19" wheels. The entire job only took about 30 minutes. Once back on the ground the car looks amazing. It really gives it an aggressive stance. The 20mm on the back bring the tire almost completely flush with the fender, and the 15mm in front are just a bit less flush. You could probably get away with 20mm on the front, but I think it looks better a bit staggered. I haven't driven it yet, but I will post driving impressions once I get it out. I'm not expecting it to feel any different, but we'll see.
Next mods (coming soon) are window tint and an OEM spoiler... I'll be sure to post up more pictures once that is done!
Here are the BEFORE pictures. Notice how far inset the wheels are in the fenders.
During the installation, you can see one of the spacers installed here:
And here are the AFTER photos:

I am using the exact same setup on my '12XF. The spacers were used before on my '08 XK. I've just purchased a '10 XKR and likely will use spacers on that too.
A tip: I found that the lug-nuts that come with the spacers are rather shallow or thin and when torquing it is very easy to round off the edges. Do that more than once and you might have difficulty removing the nuts, when needed. I ground a socket specially to fit the curve of the wheel-stud hole, in order to get more "purchase" on the nuts. Also, last week talked to H&R about ordering a new set of lug-nuts to replace ones that I already rounded off on my spare 20mm spacers that were left over from previous usages. They are available separately from the spacers, part# 12001.

I just went off a recommendation from another forum member. Now that I've installed them, I think 15mm all around might be best. The rear wheels stick out past the fender a ways with the negative camber in the rear suspension.

Edit - never mind, only the picture appears different, the DRM part numbers are the same.

15mm H&R Spacer Photos
Finally getting around to posting some photos of before and after the spacers. It's subtle but looks so much better than stock. Didn't think I needed to until I saw another member's with them and it was all over from there. Doesn't look aftermarket at all...looks like it should have from Jaguar.

I used whatever bolts came with the spacers, as well as the factory bolts on the car, and didn't modify them in any way. I've been running them for 3+ years (since June/July of '12) with absolutely no issues at all. I'd highly recommend.

The spacers have built in bolts. Just make sure you get the trak series. I had 25mm on the back and 20mm on the front. No issues what so ever.
