It's possible but very expensive.
You'll need new front light assemblies, new front bumper & grill, new bonnet and new front fenders. That's just for the front, you'll need new rear light assemblies and boot trim as well. There were a number of changes in the interior too, with a different screen interface, different trims and different buttons. And there are bound to be other things I have missed.
Unless you can source most or all of these parts cheaply and do much of the work yourself it's not really a viable proposition.
